U-dent deprogrammer
Functional activity sensor
- Relaxation of masticatory muscles
- Detection of the true central jaw relationship
- Preparation for prosthetic or orthodontic treatment
- Bite control and correction
- Relief of TMJ dysfunction symptoms
TENS or the U-DENT Deprogrammer, which you can purchase at the Bas dent Gnathology Center, is a modern high-tech system for stimulating the masticatory muscles of the face and neck. It was developed specifically for use in neuromuscular dentistry and gnathology within the BMJO gnathological concept by maxillofacial surgeon, physiotherapist Yudin D.K. It is used for the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, occlusion problems and facial pain.
Allows:
- deprogram the muscles and detect the muscular component of the TMJ;
- treat TMJ and associated pain symptoms;
- restore genetically determined muscle length;
- perform occlusion correction;
- reduce anesthetic consumption;
- accelerate rehabilitation after surgery.
By deprogramming the CNS, as well as the muscles of the head and neck, the system provides restoration of the neuromuscular trajectory of the mandible.
The use of TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) allows to erase the engram reflex of masticatory muscle dysfunction, restore the genetically determined length and bring the muscles to normal tone.
U-DENT involves the most problematic areas – the internal masticatory muscles of the face and neck. They are accessed through the auricles, which are the closest points to the trigeminal nerve branch and ganglion innervated by the auriculotemporal branch of the trigeminal nerve.
Clear advantages of the system:
- wireless execution due to Bluetooth connection;
- the painlessness of the procedure is achieved due to the special configuration of the pulse;
- user-friendly interface of the Motion Assistant mobile app (Play Market) for customizing the stimulation;
- high quality and reasonable cost
Directions in dentistry:
- Emergency and surgical dentistry;
- gnathology;
- orthopedics;
- orthodontics;
- physiotherapy;
Warranty period: twelve (12) months
Category: Gnathology

Working principle
The system consists of the Callibri sensor, ear electrodes and connecting wires.
1. The Callibri sensor is placed loosely or attached to clothing (collar or pocket) with a special clip. The sensor receives the stimulation parameters from the mobile app and delivers pulses to the ear stimulator.
2. The percutaneous electrode (red wire) is placed on the bone behind the ear.
3. The ear electrodes are placed in the ear cavity and stimulate according to the parameters set by the technician.
