Implants and prosthetics at the expense of pension benefits (EPPF)

1. It is necessary to specify the amount you can use for implants and prosthetics. This can be done on the website of the EPPF https://cabinet.enpf.kz/porog, or contact the pension office directly.
2. Make an appointment at the Bas Dent clinic and undergo an examination (free of charge).
3. Based on the results of the examination in the clinic, you will be provided with a “Treatment Plan” on an official form signed by the head of the clinic, indicating the types and cost of services.
4. open an account with “Otbasy Bank”, either directly at the bank or through the application:

Download the RSSB24 application on your cell phone, click on the tab “Open an account for EPF”, and register. You must have your ID card with you.
Authorize with EDS on the website of Otbasy Bank and open a personal cabinet where you can fill in an electronic application for a lump-sum pension payment. To do this, go to the site of Otbasy Bank, go to the bottom of the page, click on the button “Login with EDS” and follow the step-by-step instructions for submitting the application.

5. After 2 days, the EPPF will receive an application for payment from Otbasi Bank and then, within 5 working days, the EPPF will transfer the amount of pension to Otbasi Bank, which will credit it to your special account.
6. After the funds have been credited to the special account, you should apply to the medical organization in the place of your attachment and submit an application for a medical commission opinion, Bas Dent.
7. The medical commission makes a decision on the use of pension funds and provides the Conclusion not later than 7 working days from the date of application.
8. In case of a positive answer, a contract on provision of medical services is concluded between the clinic and you.
9. It is necessary to attach the scanned version of the Agreement and the Conclusion of the medical commission in your personal cabinet on the website of “Otbasy Bank” or bring it directly to the bank.
10. In 5 working days, the money will arrive at the clinic and you will be able to start treatment.
