1. BASIC CONCEPTS, GENERAL PROVISIONS

Website – the site located in the Internet at https://basdent.kz/.

Site Administration – Bas marketing LLP (BasDent), located at the following address: Kazakhstan, Atana city, Esil district, Korgalzhin highway. (BasDent), located at the address: Kazakhstan, Atana city, Esil district, Korgalzhyn highway, building 25A, zip code 010000.

User – an individual or legal entity, a user of the Site, using the Feedback Form on the Site.

Feedback Form – special fields where the User enters personal information in order to transfer data about the User to the Site Administrator.

Policy – this Typical Privacy Policy of the Administrator of the Site.

General Provisions:

1.1 This Policy is an official standard document of the Site Administrator, and determines the procedure for processing and protection of information about individuals and legal entities using the Feedback Form on the Site.

1.2 The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.3 Relations related to collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users are regulated by this Policy and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.4. The current version of the Policy, which is a public document, is developed by the Website Administration and is available to any Internet user by following the hypertext link “Privacy Policy”. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes to the Policy, the Site Administration notifies users by posting a new version of the Policy on the Site at the permanent address: https://basdent.kz/. Previous versions of the Policy are stored in the documentation archive of the Site Administration.

1.5 By using the Feedback Form, the user expresses his/her consent to the terms of this Policy.

1.6 In case of disagreement of the user with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Feedback Form should be immediately terminated.

1.7. The Site Administrator does not check the reliability of the received (collected) information about users.

2. PURPOSES OF INFORMATION PROCESSING AND COMPOSITION OF INFORMATION ABOUT USERS

The Site Administrator processes information about users, including their personal data, in order to fulfill the Developer’s obligations to users in relation to the use of the Site.

The Site Administration processes information about users, which includes:

2.1. Personal data of users, provided to the Site Administration with the consent of users and necessary for using the Feedback Form: name, surname, patronymic, telephone (fax) with city code.

2.2 Information received by the Site Administration as a result of users’ actions when using the Site.

3. PROCESSING OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA

Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the principles of:

a) legality of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;

b) compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes defined in advance and stated at the time of personal data collection;

c) compliance of the volume and nature of processed personal data, methods of personal data processing with the purposes of personal data processing;

d) inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.

4. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Website Administrator shall process the user’s personal data with the user’s consent for the purposes of providing services to the user described on the Website.

5. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the User, stipulated by paragraph 4 of this Policy, are transferred by the User to the Website Administration with the User’s consent. Transfer of personal data by the User to the Website Administrator through the Feedback Form means the User’s consent to the transfer of his/her personal data. Personal data of users are stored exclusively on electronic media.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA, DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of users are not transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided for in this Policy.

Provision of personal data of users at the request of state authorities is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Personal data of the user shall be destroyed when the Administration of the Site deletes the information posted by the user.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

Users have the right to receive information from the Website Administrator on the basis of a request concerning the processing of their personal data.

8. MEASURES FOR PROTECTION OF INFORMATION ABOUT USERS

The Site Administrator takes technical and organizational-legal measures in order to ensure protection of User’s personal data from illegal or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

9. APPEALS OF USERS

9.1. Users have the right to send to the Website Administrator their requests, including requests regarding the use of their personal data, provided for by cl. 4 of this Policy, in writing to the address specified in clause 1.

9.2 The request sent by the user shall contain the following information:

If a natural person applies:

• the number of the main identity document of the user or his/her representative;
• information about the date of issue of the document and the issuing authority;
• the text of the request in free form. It is obligatory to indicate the date of registration via the Feedback Form;
• signature of the user or his/her representative.

If a legal entity applies:

• free-form request on company letterhead. It is obligatory to indicate the date of registration via the Feedback Form;
• the request must be signed by an authorized person, accompanied by documents confirming the person’s authority.

9.3 All correspondence received by the Developer from users (requests in written or electronic form), refers to information of limited access and is not disclosed without the written consent of the user. Personal data and other information about the user, who sent the request, can not be used without the special consent of the user, except for communication with the user by telephone for further consultation and / or appointment, or in cases expressly provided by law.
